After years in the channel, I kept seeing the same pattern. Vendors were investing heavily in MSP partnerships without the execution needed to make them pay off, while MSPs were trying to grow but kept running into capacity constraints that made growth hard to sustain. Both problems were solvable, but neither was being properly addressed. Focus exists to close that gap.
